1. Agreement
By accessing affiliatenebula.com (the "Site") and purchasing advertising services from Nebula Services ("we", "us", "Nebula Ads"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Nebula Ads is a self-serve marketplace for advertising on a curated list of Telegram channels. Customers may purchase three campaign formats: hourly top-slot placement, impression packs, or pay-per-click campaigns. Pricing is shown on the Site at the moment of order. All prices are in USD and final at checkout.
3. Payments
We accept payments via card (Stripe), cryptocurrency (NOWPayments — BTC, ETH, USDT and others), and on request UPI or bank transfer through a manual invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; cryptocurrency by NOWPayments. We do not store full card numbers or private keys on our systems.
4. Delivery
Campaigns go live after manual review (typically 15 minutes for Stripe, ~10 minutes for crypto confirmations). Hourly slots are exclusive: only one paid advertiser per channel per hour. Impression and click packs run from the scheduled start date until budget is exhausted, with a hard cap of 14 days. Engagement metrics are informational; we do not guarantee specific click-through rates, conversions, or business outcomes.
5. Refunds & cancellations
Hourly slots are refundable up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Impression and click packs are refundable for the unspent portion of unused inventory within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Content policy
You retain ownership of all creative materials submitted to us. You grant Nebula Services a limited license to display them in our partner channels for the duration of the campaign. We do not accept advertising for: adult content, content targeting minors, illegal goods or services, scams or misleading offers, unregulated financial products, or content that incites hatred or violence. We reserve the right to reject or pause any campaign that violates these rules; in such cases unused budget is refunded.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount paid for the campaign in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or missed opportunities.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site at least 14 days before they take effect.
